This is how the complaints process works.
- Register a case in the form below. In an urgent situation, the report should be followed up with a call to our support +46 457-755 92
- We will get back to you with a case number.
- Once the broken component has been identified, we will send a replacement component.
- The broken component must be sent to us within 30 days for warranty examination. Information on how to send the broken component will be provided with the new component.
- After investigation, we will return with the results. If the complaint is not approved, the new component will be charged as a spare part.
