Meet Mats, Team Manager
in production

Mats Aronsson is the Team Manager with long and broad experience of Cetetherm and our products and solutions. During the third year of high school, Mats did his internship at Cetetherm, and immediately after graduation he was employed, then as a welder. Today he leads and coaches the team in production and handles all production planning.

As the product portfolio contains a variety of products and solutions, both standard and customized district heating and district cooling substations, the planning and production look different every day.

"The largest challenge in my work is the clock, keeping promised delivery times. As a lot is about craftsmanship in manufacturing, and we are not willing to compromise on quality, there can sometimes be time pressure, but with a solution-focused and talented staff, it usually works out in the end, says Mats."

After more than 20 years at the company, Mats still enjoys himself very much.

"We are a really good team throughout the company that solves challenges and projects together. An example of that is the construction of the new factory, which was a very fun and developing project to be a part of, says Mats."

Besides family, nature, hunting and training with his dogs are closest to his heart and what Mats prefers to spend his free time on.
